* I met John Zhao in 2019, who sold my house in Union Bay, Vancouver Island.
* If you would like to buy or sell a property in Vancouver Island, I strongly recommend you to use John Zhao as your realtor. He is by far the nicest and most kind man I have ever met.  If you meet him, you will find that it is very hard to find a second man like him in this society.
* I live in Calgary and had a house in Union Bay.  After having this property for more than ten years, I decided to sell it.  The front yard, although having 180 degrees of ocean view, it was fully occupied by black berries.  As it was too costly to have the double property lot cleaned, john spent three days with me, bought a bunch of power gears and completely cleaned out the black berry vines.  The hot water tank was leaking.  John helped me buy a new hot water tank and replaced the old one.  Part of the electrical system in the house did not meet the government code, John found an electrical contractor and had the whole electrical system inspected and redone while I was working in Calgary.  When the house was conditionally sold, the buyer had doubt about the sewage tank.  John found a sewage tank inspector when I was in Calgary.  Before the inspector arrived at the house, John drove from his home in Nanaimo to Union Bay in a heavy rain and physically cleaned out the dirty above the sewage tank.  For all he did for me, he never charged me a penny.

* It was in 2018, We have planed to send our child to study in Canada, in an emergency, we entrusted Master Zhao to help us find ideal housing in Nanaimo.

After a comprehensive analysis, we chose a house in quiet community with nice ocean view.
* Here, I would like to introduce the great benefits of this house recommended by Master Zhao! First of all, from the perspective of the community environment, the house recommended by Master Zhao is located in the center of the park and shopping area. Both are within a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient. Besides, the community is so quiet because there is no main road without few traffic, so children are very safe when playing on the street. Secondly, from the perspective of the house structure, five bedrooms, 2 complete kitchens, 2 complete laundry rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large study room (I converted it into a gym), 2 parallel garages, plus an oversized backyard, so The house fully meets all our life needs, perfect! In addition, the most important point is that Master Zhao understands that I will have financial burden after I come to Canada and cannot find a job right the way, so he suggested that I transform the two bedrooms + one bath and by adding a laundry room on the first floor into a Legal Suite, with separate entrances, tenants and The homeowners do not influence each other, so that I can get 1,000-1200$ in rental income per month. He used his previous building experience, measured and provided a layout drawing to my contractor. After listening to Master Zhao’s opinion, I have indeed benefited a lot. Since 2018, I have been living by myself and collecting rent at the same time. I have a lot of loan pressure. Before buying a house, Master Zhao also did a lot of in-depth research, such as whether the former owner did a good maintenance of the house, whether there is mold inside the house (the Canadian wooden structure house if not well maintained and easy to get mold), and whether the house facilities are perfect working ( Such as ventilation system, heating, roof maintenance, etc.)… In short, Master Zhao will help meticulously investigate what the customer thinks and unexpected, and he will professionally tell the customer the advantages, disadvantages, and possible costs of the house in the future. The first contact with John was on April 13, 2020. At that time, the COVID-19 epidemic was very serious. It happened that a friend introduced John. The first house John saw with me was the one I bought later. I remember very clearly, I felt like very much of that house. John had viewed that house with me for 3 hours that day. Never buy a moldy house. But I happen to love this house very much. So in order to resolve my concerns, he contacted a professional company and sent pictures to the company for them to make a professional viewing. The professional told that cracks has no problem. But in order to be more secure, John specially hired a home inspector who has a mold measuring instrument for me during the inspection to measure the presence of mold in the wooden structure. It turned out OK! A stone in my heart fell to the ground(so released). I am so happy purchased a house I like. After moving into the new house, I always thought of consulting John whenever I encountered problems of house caring. He was always enthusiastic to provide help and professional guidance.
