The first contact with John was on April 13, 2020. At that time, the COVID-19 epidemic was very serious. It happened that a friend introduced John. The first house John saw with me was the one I bought later. I remember very clearly, I felt like very much of that house. John had viewed that house with me for 3 hours that day. But in order to be more secure, John specially hired a home inspector who has a mold measuring instrument for me during the inspection to measure the presence of mold in the wooden structure. It turned out OK! A stone in my heart fell to the ground(so released). I am so happy purchased a house I like.
